Custom boat hats

Caps are stitched, not printed. Your boat is drawn from your photo, then digitised into a stitch file and embroidered into the crown, which is why a hat still looks right after a season of salt, sweat and being sat on in the cockpit.

Embroidery, not a printed patch stuck on

A print on a cap sits on the surface and eventually cracks along the fold. Thread does not. Every hull line becomes a stitch path, so the artwork wears in with the hat rather than peeling off it.

Which crown suits which day

An unstructured dad hat sits low and soft, the one that lives in the truck. A structured cap holds its shape and gives the embroidery a flatter field to sit on, which suits busier hulls. A rope hat reads classic on the water. A bucket hat covers ears and neck when the sun is the problem, and a watch beanie handles the cold end of the season.

What a boat looks like at stitch size

Fine detail has a floor. Rigging wire, radar arches and small lettering can fall below a readable stitch density on a cap front, so we simplify to the lines that actually identify her rather than shrinking everything until it turns into a smudge. You approve that version before a needle moves.

Matching the rest of the crew

The same approved drawing goes on shirts, coozies and towels, so hats bought later still match gear bought first. Crew orders run 10% off through your own store link.
